I love Michelle Shocked. AND, this song...thanks for posting! My son, Aaron once sat on a panel of some kind with her. Did you know, even after making a few CDs she lived in an abandoned building in the Bronx with a bunch of other homeless?
That's amazing! I'm always moved by people who make those choices: to commit to art or music or creativity. I'm awed and jealous, simultaneously.
