Living in the country comes with mandatory actions. Like getting a dog.
Daisy, our three year old Queensland/McNab/Border Collie mix does all the things that country dogs do: chases birds, eats poop, and barks at everything. Recently, however, she's taken to eating the walnuts. Amanda, my son's girlfriend spent a couple of hours shelling a big bowl of them. Daisy spent about 30 seconds eating them all up. Bad Daisy!

Walnuts are said to slow the progression of dementia. So maybe Crazy Daisy isn't so crazy afterall. I hope her digestive system is okay!
She's doing just fine! It's me that's crazed. I seem to need constant mental stimulation. Can't we elect something?
